The village of San Juan is also near and here you will find banks. restaurants. a chemist. bookstore and a supermarket. The beach is on a 7 km distance and Ibiza town on a distance of 15 km from Casa Lorenso.The open plan living-dining kitchen is a light and comfortable area with open fireplace. satellite TV and music equipment. There are glass doors opening onto the covered terrace which has a sitting area. The kitchen is equipped qith electric hob. oven. microwave and a small dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a guest bathroom with shower and toilet.Upstairs are three bedrooms and a complete bathroom with toilet. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have aicontitioning and TV. as well as access to a covered terrace with a sitting area overlooking the pool area and the hills.The swimming pool is 7 x 5 metres and has a barbecue corner next to it with a sitting area. In front of the house on your left is the garage for one car. There is a seperate entrance close from the house into the garage. In the garage are the washing machine and dryer.
